A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) with the Italian scientific institution, University of Udine, targeting on enriching cooperation and development in educational, medical and research domains.

Humaid Al Qutami, Chairman of the Board and Director-General of the DHA, and Professor Alberto Felice De Toni, Rector of the University of Udine signed the MoU. It is a radical move which will bring about commendable transformation aiming at prosperity and welfare. The two parties will collaborate to exchange scientific and educational studies, medical projects, galaxy of scholars and specialised cadres, and to organise meetings and joint programmes. University of Udine with a legacy of four fruitful decades since its establishment is renowned for its organ transplantation programme and, inarguably, this collaboration is all the more worthwhile and productive.
